Why are you betraying the significant advancements that have been made over the past 50-70 years by gutting a woman's right to choose what happens to her own body? Making a last minute attempt to transform a Transportation Bill smacks of deception and foul play. Human lives are at stake and mandating a forced injection which is experimental and has no long term safety testing is reckless endangerment at best and makes literally no sense given the survival rate of 99.5-99.9% of Californians. Giving medical advice as a non-physician, subverting informed consent, and violating other human beings skin barrier without their freedom of choice, is much more similar to the Nazi experiments perpetrated in Germany in the 1930's than it is to the progressive human rights movement in the United States. Please reconsider your rushed and underhanded attempt to corrupt the legislative process and betray your constituents.

Assemblywoman Buffy Wicks, I’m sure you are aware of the groundbreaking preprint paper by the prestigious Oxford University Clinical Research Group, published Aug. 10 in The Lancet, which found that vaccinated individuals carry 251 times the load of COVID-19 viruses in their nostrils compared to the unvaccinated. While moderating the symptoms of infection, the jab allows vaccinated individuals to carry unusually high viral loads without becoming ill at first, potentially transforming them into presymptomatic superspreaders. This phenomenon may be the source of the shocking post-vaccination surges in heavily vaccinated populations globally. Vaccinated individuals are blasting out concentrated viral explosions into their communities and fueling new COVID surges. Vaccinated healthcare workers are almost certainly infecting their coworkers and patients, causing horrendous collateral damage. Continued vaccination will only make this problem worse. What happened to the most basic human right of all? Sovereignty over our own physical body & what is injected into it? Mandating the experimental biological agent being called a vaccine is a violation of international human rights law, the Nuremberg Code, and no human being should be coerced to violate their own conscience or do damage to their own body in order to access basic human services such as education, employment, groceries, etc. What happened to My body, My choice and No means No? We urge you to do the right thing and honor freedom of conscience, and bodily autonomy - inalienable human rights; and to unequivocally reject vaccine mandates of any kind. It has come to our attention that you are attempting to craft a last minute bill that mandates the Covid-19 experimental injection being referred to as a vaccine for private sector employers, adding liability protection for employers who do mandate this injection, and attempting to include immunity from workers comp liability should an adverse reaction occur for the employee. Why are you doing this? What is the evidence that you think supports these terrible interventions, which are so harmful and so risky? What is the reason you are seeking to undermine the most fundamental human liberties of all, detailed in both the US & California Constitutions? I would appreciate a reply to the scientific data presented above, as well as a detailed description of your understanding of your own personal liability in seeking to introduce legislation that does harm and strips our guaranteed constitutional freedoms under the guise of protecting Californians from a virus they naturally have a 99.7-99.9% chance of surviving, so that I may inform the large network of freedom loving Californians I am apart of as to your motives and intentions. You are our elected representative which by definition indicates your role is to represent us and our best interests, and to defend our freedoms as outlined in the US & California Constitutions. It is well documented that children under 18 have a statistically ZERO PERCENT chance of dying from Covid; in fact, they have always had a much higher chance of dying from seasonal flu. There are no long term studies to tell us what kind of risk these injections will subject our next generation to. Mandating them to receive these injections constitutes reckless endangerment & crimes against humanity. You are our elected representatives and are not authorized to pass unlawful bills that violate to the most egregious levels our most fundamental inalienable human rights as outlined in our US Constitution, CA Constitution, and in the Nuremberg Code.
